Our global FMCG brands include MONDAY Haircare, Rascals, BONKERS, Gumi Yum Surprise, and more!\nFor more information, visit www.zuru.com\nWhat You'll Do\nData & Financial Analysis\nProvide analytical support for retailer-level sales performance and proactive SKU management.\nBuild weekly, monthly and seasonal forecasts that drive growth and manage excess inventory.\nMaximise POS performance through in-stock management and End of Selling Period inventory transition.\nAnalyse and summarise item and brand performance, publishing your findings and insights to the wider business.\nPrepare ad-hoc reports in response to business needs.\nAnalyse product assortment and child-level performance to recommend the optimal product mix.\nResearch, analyse and publish relevant industry and market trends.\nBuild and maintain Profit and Loss statements - analysing revenue, cost and margin by product, brand, class and category to support informed recommendations.\nCustomer-Facing Interaction\nCollaborate with Inventory/Demand Planners and Buyers to optimise inventory management.\nEngage with ZURU's VP of Sales, Commercial, Marketing and Operations teams to keep the business aligned.\nPresent sales, operations and financial data to the retailer's team during key meetings.\nSupport\nSupport Sales in Line Review, JBP, forecasting and Buyer's meeting preparation.\nAddress requests from Sales, Commercial and Marketing teams regarding POS information.\nPrepare and distribute accurate weekly and monthly POS reports, reviewing them with specific sales teams to surface actionable insights.\nDesign & Innovation\nIdentify opportunities for improved efficiency and more timely communication of business performance.\nDocument key processes and best practices for sharing across teams.\nMap inefficiencies and waste, then propose and implement scalable solutions.\nThe annual salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000.\nPlease note this role is based in-person in our LA office.\nWhat You'll Gain\nReal ownership of retailer-level analysis from the start - your forecasts, P&Ls and insights will be used by senior leaders to make commercial decisions, not filed away.\nDirect exposure to retail customers and to ZURU's Sales, Commercial, Marketing and Operations teams, building the commercial judgement and stakeholder skills that take most analysts years to develop.\nHands-on development of your analytical toolkit - SQL, data visualisation, forecasting and P&L analysis.\nExposure to an ever-expanding and far-reaching business across a wide variety of sectors and industry groups, giving you a first-hand view of market practices, challenges and trends, and how data drives decisions across a global business.\nA clear runway to grow. Sales analysis, category management, demand planning, buying or finance all count.\nExperience with retailer POS or sell-through data, and a working grasp of how inventory, forecasting and assortment decisions move sales.\nStrong Excel and working SQL. Familiarity with data visualisation, Python and ETL is useful.\nThe habit of asking what the numbers actually mean, not just reporting them.\nClear writing and speaking, with real experience presenting to senior stakeholders and external customers.\nAttention to detail and comfort working with large, messy datasets.\nA degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Supply Chain, Mathematics or a related field.\nWhy ZURU is right for you\nZURU moves fast, thinks big, and sets ambitious goals.
