strong background in specialty coffee preferred.\n\nProven experience delivering training programs, facilitating group discussions, and developing structured training programmes and materials.\n\nRelevant certification (e.g., SCA, AST, TTT) is an advantage.\n\nAbility to effectively communicate complex information and engage diverse learners.\n\nAbility to analyse training data and effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback.\n\nProficiency with learning technologies (LMS), virtual meeting platforms, and multimedia production tools.\n\nAbility to manage multiple training projects including non-coffee related projects.\n\nCommitment to ongoing professional development and industry best practices.\n\nComputer literate with good command of written and spoken English and Malay; familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).\n\nHighly motivated, energetic, reliable, and a valuable team player while able to work independently.\n\nConfident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.\n\nPossess own transport and willing to travel.\n\nPassionate and patient in teaching and guiding others;
