Proven expertise in ensuring structural integrity resolving on-site technical challenges and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects safely on time and to the highest quality standards.\nResponsibilities:\nSite supervision of reinforced concrete post-tensioned slabs structural steel and composite structures\nOversight of deep foundations transfer girders cantilevered elements and complex load-transfer systems\nReview and approval of shop drawings method statements and material submittals for non-standard/innovative structural systems\nMonitoring and inspection of specialized structural works (e.g. mega columns outrigger systems large-span trusses)\nCoordination with design teams to resolve design-build challenges and value-engineering solutions\nCompliance with local codes and regional regulations\nStructural integrity verification site issue troubleshooting and nonconformance reporting (NCRs/SORs)\nClose collaboration with contractors to maintain safety cost control and schedule adherence\nRequirements:\nBachelors Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Masters preferred).\nMinimum 8 years experience including UAE/Dubai site supervision of complex building projects.\nStrong knowledge of ACI BS Eurocodes and UAE local authority requirements (DM Trakhees etc.).\nProficiency in reviewing structural shop drawings material submittals and construction methodologies.\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues on-site.\nRegistration with the UAE Society of Engineers is an advantage.\nWe believe that a diverse workforce is a key to our business success.
