networks, security storage, and backups.\n\nImplement performance tuning and support disaster recovery\n\nKubernetes Administration (AKS & GKE)\n\nManage AKS and GKE cksters, upgrades and Recycle management.\n\nConfigure ingress, load balancing and autoscaling\n\nImplement Kubernetes security best praction\n\nDevOps & CI/CD Management\n\nAdminister Azure DevOps repositories and YAML pipelines.\n\nManage branching, build validations and release automation\n\nSupport self-hosted build and deployment agents\n\nRelease Governance & Deployment Assurance\n\nEstablish release governance standards and approval workflows.\n\nCoordinate production and non-productions\n\nMaintain audit trails and conduct post-release validation\n\nDevSecOps & Security\n\nImplement secure DevOps practices across the SDLC\n\nManage SonarQube, SAST, container and dependency scanning\n\nConduct vulnerability assessments and enforce security gates\n\nMonitoring & Incident Management\n\nConfigure Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Application insights.\n\nDevelop dashboards and alerting mechanisms.\n\nManage incident investigation RCA and resolution of critical outages.\n\nFinOps & Cost Optimization\n\nMonitor cloud expenditure across Azure and Google Cloud\n\nIdentify rightsizing and optimization opportunities.\n\nRecommend Reserved instances and produce cost reports.\n\nDocumentation & Governance\n\nMaintain architecture documentation, runbooks and SOPs.\n\nEnsure DR documentation is current and support audits.\n\nRecovery & Business Continuity\n\nCoordinate DR exercises and validate RTC/RPO\n\nManage backup restoration testing\n\nProduce DR reports and improvement recommendations\n\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\n\n99% platform availability maintained\n\nSLA compliance of 95% or above\n\nCritical incident response within 30 minutes\n\nSuccessful deployment rate above 98%\n\nZero critical security vulnerabilities unresolved\n\nQuarterly disaster recovery test completion\n\nMonthly cloud cost optimization targets achieved 100% release governance compliance\n\nTimely completion of operational and governance reports\n\nQualifications & Experience\n\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Operations. or Site Reliablity Engineering.\n\nHands-on experience managing production Microsoft Azure environments.\n\nExperience with Kubernetes-based platforms (AKS and/or GKE)\n\nProven experience with CVCD and DevOps platforms.\n\nExperience implementing DevSecOps frameworks.\n\nStrong understanding of cloud security, monitoring, DR and FinOps\n\nCertifications (Preferred)\n\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Administrator (AZ-104)\n\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305)\n\nMicrosoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)\n\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Security
