leading organization is seeking a commercially driven POS industry professional to grow its POS solutions business through direct customer acquisition and strategic partnerships.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOwn the commercial performance of the POS product, developing and executing plans to achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.\n\nGenerate and convert direct sales opportunities across restaurants, cafés, retail and hospitality businesses.\n\nManage the full sales cycle from prospecting and product demonstrations to solution proposals, negotiations and deal closure.\n\nEstablish and grow partnerships with POS hardware providers, distributors, resellers and other industry stakeholders to generate referrals and joint sales opportunities.\n\nBuild and maintain an active sales pipeline through industry contacts, customer visits, networking and partner engagement.\n\nUnderstand customer operations and purchasing requirements to position suitable software and hardware solutions with support from internal teams.\n\nAnalyse competitor products, pricing, customer demand and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.\n\nRecommend product improvements, solution packages, pricing strategies and target markets based on customer feedback and commercial potential\n\nMaintain strong customer and partner relationships to support repeat business, referrals and additional sales.\n\nProvide management with sales forecasts, performance updates, market findings and recommendations.\n\nQualifications & Experience\n\nProven experience in the POS industry, with a successful track record in POS sales, business development, c channel sales or commercial product management.\n\nDemonstrated ability to independently generate business opportunities, negotiate commercial terms and close sales.\n\nStrong knowledge of POS software, hardware and their application in business operations.\n\nExperience with restaurant POS solutions and an understanding of restaurant workflows will be an advantage.\n\nExperience in establishing and managing relationships with POS hardware providers, distributors or resellers.\n\nAn established customer base or professional network within the POS industry will be an advantage.\n\nAbility to assess market opportunities and translate customer needs into practical commercial recommendations.\n\nExcellent presentation, communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.\n\nStrong proficiency in English and Sinhala Tamil proficiency will be an added advantage.\n\nA self-driven, commercially focused approach with accountability for
