The\ncandidate should be strong in campaign execution, prospect data extraction, marketing tools, Zoho CRM, and campaign\nreporting..\nJob Title: Marketing Operations Executive\nLocation: Ahmedabad\nExperience: 4-5 Years of Relevant Experience\nEducation: Any Graduate\nKey Responsibilities\nExecute B2B marketing and outbound campaigns based on defined ICPs, industries, geographies, buyer personas,\nand campaign objectives.\nBuild and maintain accurate prospect and target-account lists using ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator,\nand similar tools.\nPerform ICP-based data extraction including company, contact, designation, industry, employee size, location, and\nother relevant information.\nResearch target accounts and identify relevant decision-makers and buyer personas for campaigns.\nSupport campaign setup, execution, segmentation, and follow-up across email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.\nManage campaign data, lead stages, source tracking, campaign tagging, and activity updates in Zoho CRM.\nMaintain Zoho CRM data quality, including duplicate management, data validation, lead/contact updates, and accurate\ncampaign attribution.\nCoordinate with Marketing and Sales teams to align campaign lists, targeting, messaging, and lead handoffs.\nTrack campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on campaign activity, engagement,\nresponses, MQLs, and other KPIs.\nSupport lead nurturing activities and maintain accurate campaign and lead status.\nManage multiple campaigns and priorities while maintaining data accuracy and execution timelines.\nOccasional calling or follow-up may be required when needed, but calling is not a primary responsibility.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n4-5 years of relevant experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Execution, B2B Marketing, Lead Generation\nOperations, or a similar role.\nStrong hands-on experience with ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.\nPractical experience in ICP-based prospect research and data extraction.\nGood understanding of B2B buyer personas, target accounts, industries, company size, geographies, and\ndecision-maker mapping.\nStrong working knowledge of Zoho CRM, including lead/contact management, data updates, campaign tracking, and\nCRM hygiene.\nExperience in B2B campaign execution, campaign list management, segmentation, and reporting.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy while working with prospect and company data.\nGood analytical and reporting skills with the ability to track campaign KPIs.\nGood written and verbal English communication skills.\nCore Tools & Platforms\nData & Prospecting: ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator\nCRM: Zoho CRM\nCampaign Execution: Email/outreach platforms, LinkedIn, spreadsheets, and campaign management tools\nReporting: Excel / Google Sheets and campaign analytics dashboards\nTarget Markets & Campaign Exposure\nThe candidate will support campaigns targeting North America (USA & Canada), UK, Europe, and APAC.
