Tech in Computer Science, or other engineering/technical equivalent degree.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for build, testing, release, and deployment.\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC).\nImprove the reliability, security, and performance of Azure workloads and Integration Services, including Azure Functions, App Service, Containers, Service Bus, API Management, Entra ID, Managed Identity, Key Vault, and Redis Cache.\nImplement observability using Application Insights, Log Analytics, and Azure Monitor, covering logging, metrics, traces, dashboards, and alerting.\nStandardise deployment practices across Dev, Test, UAT, Pre-Prod, and Production environments.\nSupport release governance, including approvals, change documentation, release notes, and rollback/mitigation plans.\nCollaborate with development teams to resolve application, deployment, and platform-related issues.\nTriage and respond to support tickets and ad-hoc requests; communicate status and escalate when needed.\nPerform daily health checks (dashboards/alerts) and investigate failures (e.g., 5xx errors, failed requests, exceptions).\nMonitor Azure Service Bus queues/topics (incl.
