Candidates with direct rice milling industry experience will be strongly preferred.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage plant accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.\n\nReview ledger balances, provisions, financial schedules, and reconciliations.\n\nEnsure timely month-end closing and accurate financial reporting.\n\nOversee inventory and production accounting for raw materials, work-in-progress, finished rice, and by-products.\n\nMonitor production entries, stock movements, consumption, and sales.\n\nCoordinate with Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Stores, and Sales teams to maintain accurate records.\n\nReconcile physical stock with inventory records and investigate discrepancies.\n\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports, including purchase, sales, and expense reports.\n\nSupport financial analysis, cost monitoring, and operational reporting.\n\nMonitor ERP transactions and internal controls, ensuring the accuracy of financial data.\n\nSupervise the Accounts Department team and ensure compliance with accounting procedures and deadlines.\n\nManage the complete accounting cycle and end-to-end plant accounting operations.\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor's degree in Accounting.\n\nICAN or ACCA certification is mandatory.\n\n8–10 years of relevant experience.\n\nStrong experience in plant or milling accounting, inventory management, production reconciliation, and financial reporting.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.\n\nOdoo ERP experience is
