We are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated operator who excels at cross-functional communication, process management, and relationship building.\nIn this role, you will act as a central pillar for Zynga’s Global Operations team. You will drive operational compliance, own end-to-end workflows for key cross functional projects, including our Global Fonts Program, and coordinate Player Data Compliance vendor proposals. This position bridges the gap between our global game studios and centralized corporate teams (Publishing, Privacy, Compliance, Legal, and Engineering).\nOur ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives on bringing people together, translating complex compliance requirements into actionable steps, and driving operational initiatives to the finish line.\nWhat You'll Do\nEnd-to-End Program Ownership: Lead the operational execution of key global workflows, initially anchoring the Global Fonts Program and the Player Data Compliance strategy across all Zynga games, acting as the primary central point of contact.\n\nCross-Functional Alignment: Act as the central bridge between creative game studios and corporate teams (Publishing, Legal, Privacy, Procurement, and Engineering) to review commercial terms, manage vendor proposal workflows, and ensure alignment on corporate standards.\n\nRisk Mitigation & Data Integrity: Maintain critical tracking ecosystems (databases, software clearances, usage records, and active contracts) and drive proactive compliance initiatives, such as identifying and deprecating high-risk assets across the global portfolio.\n\nProcess Optimization & Innovation: Continuously evolve operational pipelines to drive efficiency; leverage modern tools (including generative AI like Gemini) to streamline workflows, and partner with technical teams to test and sign off on innovative creative pipelines.\n\nProgram/Project Management Support: Provide project management support for ad-hoc studio operations initiatives, including software migrations, tool rollouts, and M&A integration support.\n\nWhat You Bring\nOperational Experience: 2+ years of project management, program coordination, or business operations experience-preferably within software development, gaming, or compliance-heavy environments.\n\nRelationship Builder: Demonstrated ability to earn trust, empower teams, and build strong, collaborative relationships across diverse cultures, disciplines, and work styles.\n\nExceptional Communicator: Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to synthesize complex legal or technical requirements into clear, data-driven updates.\n\nProcess-Oriented: Experience managing high-volume intake workflows, meticulously tracking approvals, and maintaining flawless documentation.\n\nAutonomous Operator: Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive results with minimal supervision.\n\nTechnical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Airtable, and Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence).\n\nBonus Points: Familiarity with generative AI tools (like Gemini) to optimize daily operations and workflows.\n\nThis is a perfect opportunity for an organized, self-motivated operator who wants to play a tangible, visible role in Zynga’s continued success. If you are ready to own critical processes and build the systems that help our global studios scale, we’d love to have you on the team.\nWhat We Offer You\nThe pay range for this position in Ontarioat the start of employment is expected to be between $71,400 and $105,660 per Year.\nHowever, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such\nas job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. \nSubject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.\nRegular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.
