Your team will be delivering the technology that generates $300M ads revenue which is 20% of Zynga’s total revenue! In this role, you will be responsible for the development of the end-to-end Ad Tech platform. Zynga also provides a competitive base salary, full medical/dental/extended benefits, and plenty of perks like gym membership, meals and snacks, and company-wide happy hours and activities.\nWhat You'll Do:\nDesign, implement and maintain the full stack of the Ad Tech platform (SDK and server).\nLeverage AI and agentic development to accelerate software delivery and enhance system automation.\nMentor junior engineers and drive a culture of technical excellence.\nAnalyze and improve performance, scalability, reliability and measurability of system components.\nImplement integration with multiple 3rd-party mobile advertising networks and web services.\nWork with Product Management to translate business requirements into technical requirements.\nDrive improvements and new approaches to address potential systemic pain points and technical debt.\nMaintain an understanding of end-to-end system interactions and architecture in order to assess implications and dependencies associated with design decisions.\nCollaborate with technical teams on new and emerging technologies, determining how they will integrate into current and evolving infrastructure.\nProvide production and integration support to Zynga’s game teams.\nWhat You Bring:\nBS, MS in Computer Science, or related technical discipline (or equivalent).\n1-2 years of software development experience in Java, or C#/C++.\nBasic database development skills including SQL.\nA self starter and proven ability to learn new technologies.\nExperience in an agile development environment.\nExcellent understanding of CS fundamentals, data structures and algorithms.\nExhibits strong software development qualities including the ability to drive creative and innovative solutions to complex problems.\nExcellent communication skills, and ability to articulate technical concepts.\nAbility to work effectively with others in a team environment.\nBonus Points:\nExperience with mobile development in Unity, Swift/Objective-C, and/or Kotlin/Android Java.\nKnowledge of web technologies and frameworks.\nExperience with cloud environments like Amazon AWS.\nUnderstanding of the advertising technology landscape.\nWhat We Offer You:\nZynga offers a world-class benefits package that helps support and balance the needs of our teams. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
