The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in designing, implementing, securing, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure, preferably within the FinTech, NBFC, or Payments domain. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring infrastructure reliability, security, scalability, automation, and operational efficiency while supporting business-critical financial applications.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDesign, build, and manage scalable, highly available, and secure cloud infrastructure.\nLead DevOps and infrastructure operations, ensuring system reliability, performance, and availability.\nImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application build, testing, deployment, and release processes.\nManage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP, including compute, storage, networking, and security services.\nDrive network security initiatives, including VPC/VNet architecture, firewalls, VPNs, WAF, load balancers, access controls, and network segmentation.\nImplement infrastructure security best practices, IAM policies, encryption, secrets management, and vulnerability management.\nManage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.\nEstablish monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management processes.\nDrive containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.\nEnsure infrastructure compliance, disaster recovery, backup strategies, and business continuity.\nCollaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to support reliable application deployments.\nLead infrastructure optimisation initiatives, including cloud cost management and performance tuning.\nMentor team members and establish DevOps standards, processes, and best practices.\n\nThe core requirements for the job include the following:\n\nCloud Infrastructure: \nStrong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nExperience managing cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, compute, and high-availability environments.\nKnowledge of cloud architecture, scalability, and disaster recovery.\n\nNetwork Security: \nStrong understanding of network architecture and security.\nExperience with VPC/VNet, firewalls, VPN, WAF, load balancers, DNS, routing, and network segmentation.\nKnowledge of IAM, access management, encryption, and security controls.\n\nDevOps and Automation: \nHands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.\nExperience with Terraform, Ansible, or other Infrastructure as Code tools.\nStrong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience with scripting using Python, Bash, or Shell.\n\nMonitoring and Reliability: \nExperience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog,
