Our mission is to tackle systemic barriers to healthcare and promote health equity for all. We offer a wide range of services, including mental health care, residential and outpatient substance use treatment, and primary health services. Additionally, we provide transitional support for individuals re-entering the community after involvement in the criminal justice system. By integrating physical and behavioral health, we empower individuals to overcome challenges by addressing social determinants of health, fostering resilience, and facilitating recovery.\n\nLocated on the Be Well campus, a multi-service behavioral health center for Orange County residents, HealthRIGHT 360 provides gender responsive withdrawal management and residential treatment for adult men and women. The program offers a therapeutic milieu to improve the health, safety, and self-sufficiency of people struggling with addiction. Be Well Program is a residential substance use disorder (SUD) treatment program that provides 3.1, 3.3, and 3.5 ASAM levels of care for males and females, as well as 3.2 withdrawal management. There are 15 beds allocated for 3.1/3.5, 15 beds for 3.3 and 12 beds for 3.2, for a total of 42 beds.\n\nSUD Supervisor, Overnight leads and supervises a team of professionals to ensure delivery of quality client care. This in-person role contributes to maintaining a positive and supportive environment for our clients and ensures that staff meet the organization’s goals in alignment with HealthRIGHT 360’s philosophy, mission, values, policies, and objectives. The SUD Supervisor is responsible for overseeing client care, which includes staff scheduling, managing relationships with outside agencies, and performing other assigned tasks. Additionally, the role supports daily activities essential to incorporating the organization’s mission and values into our service delivery.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES \nPeople Supervision\nPartner with Human Resources to recruit, interview, hire, and, when necessary, terminate staff.\nProvide leadership, training, coaching, and day-to-day supervision for assigned staff.\nSet clear performance expectations, monitor progress, and deliver constructive feedback through regular check-ins, performance evaluations, and improvement plans.\nEnsure staff consistently deliver high-quality customer service and uphold HealthRIGHT 360’s mission, values, policies, and procedures.\nTake corrective action as needed, including issuing formal written notices or overseeing terminations in alignment with organizational standards.\nEnsure adequate staffing coverage by filling in or reassigning duties when necessary.\nFoster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment.\n\nDirect Service\nProvide services within the scope of practice, which may include crisis intervention, assessments, individual and group counseling, case conferences, educational groups, and treatment plans as assigned.\nAssume ownership for any crisis as it relates to service delivery and see it through to completion.\nMaintain documentation of services provided in accordance with HealthRIGHT 360’s policies and procedures to satisfy internal and external evaluating requirements.\nMonitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all clients in the facility during overnight hours, including light cleaning, sanitation, and proper storage of supplies and equipment.\nSafely and efficiently transport clients to designated locations during emergency situations and as needed.\nMay deliver services in an outpatient, residential, or in the field, depending on clients’ needs.\n\nTreatment Oversight\nAssign clients to staff’s caseload.\nEnsure that all treatment service plans and activities are executed in keeping with the organization’s values, mission, vision, and strategy.\nFacilitate and assist with client case conferences, as applicable.\nEnsure that staff provide strength-based, trauma-informed, and culturally competent services in an ethical and legal manner.\nEnsure safety and security of the program and mediate client grievances.\nRespond to emergencies, outstanding crisis, or events as needed, including during holidays, weekends, and afterhours.\nEnsure that all direct reports submit documentation in accordance with program requirements and in compliance with all regulatory requirements and agency’s policies and procedures. This includes timeliness of documentation with progress notes being completed no later than the following business day, assessments, treatment plans, and discharges occurring on time.\nPerform regular audits to ensure contract compliance.\n\nAdministration and Other\nWork different shifts to maintain knowledge of all aspects of the program.\nDevelop and maintain training-related workflows and procedures.\nActively participate in assigned supervision, agency, and team meetings.\nParticipate in training opportunities and complete assigned training in a timely manner.\nMaintain compliance with credential requirements.\n\nAnd perform other duties as assigned. \n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nCredentials\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
