Based on their performance during the internship, one of the candidates may be offered a full-time position at Zyxware Technologies as an Associate, HR\nKey Responsibilities\nPhase 1: Understanding Recruitment Requirements\nAssist the recruitment team in collaborating with the hiring managers to understand the detailed job descriptions for various roles.\nAssist the recruitment team in collaborating with the hiring managers to identify the knowledge, skills, attitudes, qualifications, and experience required for the role considered.\nConduct market research to analyze talent availability, evaluate industry standards compared to market benchmarks, and identify the characteristics of the targeted audience.\nAssist in creating compelling job postings tailored to attract suitable candidates.\nPhase 2: Sourcing and Screening Candidates\nUtilize multiple sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, internal referrals, and college networks.\nShortlist resumes based on the defined job description for each role.\nHelp the HR team with administrative tasks such as updating employee records, filing documents, and maintaining HR databases.\nParticipate in HR meetings and contribute ideas to improve the recruitment process.\nPhase 3: Scheduling and Coordination\nCoordinate interviews between candidates and the interview panel members.\nEnsure timely communication with all stakeholders regarding schedules and feedback.\nProvide candidates with preparation guidelines and company information before interviews.\nConduct phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability.\nAssist in preparing shortlists and coordinating feedback from interviewers.\nEnsure positive communication and engagement with all candidates throughout the recruitment process.\nRespond to candidate inquiries and provide timely feedback regarding their application status.\nPhase 4: Candidate Evaluation and Feedback\nAssist in documenting and analyzing interview feedback from panel members.\nAssist in preparing the candidate evaluation reports for hiring managers.\nPhase 5: Offer and Onboarding Process\nAssist in drafting offer letters and handling pre-joining formalities.\nAssist in creating onboarding presentations and welcome programs for new hires.\nPhase 6: Recruitment Analysis and Reporting\nMaintain detailed records of recruitment metrics\nNo: of Resumes Source through social media to assess the channel efficiency\nAgeing of the position\nNo: of Resumes shared to HM\nNo: of Candidates in Pipeline\nNo:of profiles for which feedback received from HM\nNo: of candidates selected by HM for interview\nRejection Ratio\nOffer Acceptance Ratio\nCost per hire\nMortality Rate\nAnalyze recruitment challenges and recommend improvements to the process.\nPresent findings and insights to the HR team during review meetings.\nExpected Deliverables:\nSource relevant resumes for the position under consideration.\nA detailed report on recruitment activities completed during the internship.\nA well-maintained candidate database.\nMetrics and insights on recruitment performance.\nA final presentation summarizing the intern's contributions and learnings.\nSkills and Qualifications Required:\nEducational Background: Pursuing or recently completed a MBA degree / Post Graduate Diploma (PGDM) in Human Resources.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency in Google Spreadsheets\nStrong organizational skills.\nAttention to detail and ability to multitask.\nEagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.\nGuidance\nThe intern will work closely with the HR Manager and will receive regular feedback and guidance to ensure successful completion of the project and personal development.\nStipend\nThe intern will be paid a stipend of Rs. 10,000.00 (Rupees Ten thousand only) per month. The approval on payment of your stipend will be recommended by the Reporting Manager and approved by the CEO at Zyxware Technologies. During the internship period you shall handle specific assignments on the project assigned to you. You are expected to meet the timelines and work deliveries successfully.
