Supported three teams within a SAFe Agile Release Train and partnered with the Release Train Engineer on ART activities. Led Pre-PI Planning preparation, facilitated Scrum of Scrums, contributed to Inspect & Adapt, managed ROAM risks, tracked cross-team dependencies, and maintained ART-level metrics and reporting. Improved velocity by constraining WIP, sizing stories smaller, and focusing retrospectives, and reduced cycle time through systematic impediment removal and workflow improvements. Coordinated distributed teams and built PROD release cutover plans to drive teams through successful go-live.

Led Agile transformation by establishing Scrum practices, facilitating the delivery lifecycle, and coaching the team toward higher maturity and more predictable delivery. Acted as Product Owner by prioritizing the backlog, writing user stories with acceptance criteria, and aligning features with customer and business stakeholder input. Mentored team members, removed impediments, and strengthened self-organization while balancing Scrum process health with business-value delivery.

Served as Scrum Master for multiple cross-functional Agile teams, driving Agile adoption from early stages through to improved delivery predictability. Participated in PI Planning events, strengthening dependency resolution, risk management, and collaboration across teams. Designed and delivered Agile and SAFe training for teams and new hires, and owned end-to-end release activities from discovery through hypercare while reporting status, risks, and dependencies.
