For the past several years, I’ve also worked as a Subject Matter Expert, where I supported agents, handled escalations, monitored performance, and provided coaching and feedback. I enjoy working with people, solving problems, and making sure work meets quality standards. I’m now looking to apply that experience in AI data quality and review work, where attention to detail, consistency, and good judgment are important.
