Led end-to-end mechanical design and industrialization of complex aerospace components and automated systems using DFMA and manufacturing readiness checks. Developed new products from concept to production release, coordinating timelines with internal teams and external partners. Designed UAV-related metal structures and provided manufacturing documentation governance using SolidWorks Composer-style interactive assembly documentation. Analyzed workflows and capacity to balance production lines and support industrial automation improvements.

Managed the design and industrialization of machinery and equipment for feasibility and NPI activities, including prototyping, testing, and introduction. Produced engineering design documents with GD&T, bills of materials, and assembly modeling, aligned to lean and 5S processes. Worked on operational flow concepts, layout planning, tolerance stack-up evaluations, and translation of designs into repeatable manufacturing methods using PDM/PLM data.

Created energy storage product design documentation and support materials for build and technical handover. Prepared CNC CAD/CAM outputs by converting SolidWorks designs into NC files for production cutting. Trained machine operators on effective CNC usage and supported practical adoption during production workflows.

Supervised factory-floor production activities including CNC laser cutting, bending, welding, and assembly through polished final readiness. Optimized equipment layouts during commissioning to establish stable material, product, and data workflows and ensured safety and efficiency compliance. Performed on-site installation of CNC machinery and robotics, delivered operator/customer training, and provided feedback to machinery manufacturers for R&D improvements.
