Contributed to an automated quote creation workflow across multiple integrated enterprise modules for Cisco. Gathered and analyzed requirements from research tickets, then implemented user-facing enhancements. Worked with cloud-native data processing and orchestration components using Python and FastAPI.

Built and operated cloud orchestration and SLA-driven ticketing systems, owning the backend end-to-end from requirements through production. Implemented REST APIs in Django REST Framework and FastAPI, refactoring legacy services for performance and maintainability. Developed async processing with Celery, real-time updates with Django Channels, and automated CI/CD on GitLab with Docker and Kubernetes, supported by monitoring and test coverage.

Developed REST APIs with async background processing and real-time inventory updates using Django Channels and Celery. Worked with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and CloudWatch, and supported serverless deployments and production troubleshooting via logs. Refactored parts of the codebase for readability and performance and helped onboard new team members through knowledge transfer.
