Worked on infrastructure-as-code deployments with Terraform and automated image and environment workflows using Packer and PowerShell. Implemented blue-green style monthly refresh patching and set up parallel CI/CD execution via a self-hosted agent.

Managed multiple virtualization environments including Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, and Cloud PC towers. Delivered end-to-end cloud infrastructure solutions across Azure, AWS, and Citrix, including on-premises to hybrid cloud migrations. Deployed and maintained Azure Virtual Desktop components such as host pools, session hosts, and compute gallery images, including FSLogix profile configuration. Built automation and provisioning workflows using Terraform and PowerShell, and supported AWS WorkSpaces and Citrix architectures at large user concurrency.

Designed and supported enterprise server and datacenter operations across APAC, EMEA, and Americas, managing a large fleet of physical and virtual servers. Led Windows and directory service administration and troubleshooting for services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and IIS, and supported Citrix and VMware infrastructure components. Performed virtualization and patching activities including firmware upgrades, monitoring, capacity planning, and backup/restore coordination.

Supported RDS implementation completion and performed WSUS patching across multiple office locations. Managed Exchange and Outlook client issues, including mailbox provisioning and mail routing/troubleshooting responsibilities. Monitored and resolved alerts from Nagios/SCOM, and handled operational troubleshooting for DNS and DHCP changes and group policy updates.

Coordinated ticket closure using ManageEngine and supported enterprise systems including Lotus Notes and intranet updates. Administered Active Directory and handled Linux operations including scripting and scheduling via cron jobs. Provided network and email/server support and contributed to virtualization-related administration and access provisioning.

Planned and applied IT security controls for protecting enterprise data and server storage for end users. Administered networks using Windows Server 2003 and supported desktop environments and applications, including troubleshooting for common user software issues. Provided connectivity and end-user support covering LAN, printing, and broader enterprise server and application availability.
