Owned the product roadmap and delivery priorities for a rail train management system supporting passenger and operational workflows. Conducted customer and stakeholder discovery to evaluate requests and define improvements that delivered measurable value. Translated operational requirements into user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria, and testable workflows for engineering and QA teams. Improved release efficiency and incident resolution times through backlog management, sprint planning, and monitoring processes.

Led delivery of a bus management system from early requirements through implementation, onboarding, and ongoing improvements. Worked with transport operators and frontline teams to convert operational issues and feedback into product requirements and improved workflows. Coordinated with engineers to validate requirements, test changes, and resolve issues before production releases. Maintained very high system uptime using monitoring, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvements, while also managing a small implementation and support team.

Supported the migration of a company website to HubSpot CMS, including configuration, content structure, and functional verification. Reviewed site navigation and page organization to improve usability. Coordinated with internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve technical and content issues, and performed QA testing after the migration.
