## Person

- **Name**: Cynthia Aghaogwu
- **Level**: Middle
- **Summary**: Frontend / UI engineer (middle level) focused on handcrafted Tailwind HTML layouts and vanilla JavaScript interactions with solid visual polish. The strongest proven skill is building responsive admin and dashboard UIs with interactive behaviors and server-backed CRUD, exemplified by admin/projectmanager.html and admin/inquiry.html which implement fetch-based list management, edit/delete flows and loading/error UX. There is limited evidence of component architecture, automated testing, measured performance tuning, or advanced client-side state discipline like cancellation or optimistic updates.
