Re-architected an OCR workflow into a multi-agent LangChain pipeline using asynchronous processing and multiple AI models to improve prescription extraction. Modernized production infrastructure with CI/CD and Terraform, deployed analytics on Cloud Run, and automated client deployments while tightening database access and security.

Served as the primary Python developer, owning cloud infrastructure and backend development across payments and multiple third-party integrations. Implemented Jira integration for task, project, and team management, and worked on AI/LLM integrations. Coordinated with a GPU API provider to obtain an SSE-based logs API and integrate it for configuration and monitoring, avoiding an extended custom implementation.

Joined as the first engineering hire and built the backend and web platform from scratch over multiple years, implementing core features using Python, Django, FastAPI, and React/Node.js. Digitized the pediatric consultation workflow by replacing paper-based processes with appointment booking, doctor slot management, payments, and AI-assisted workflow components. Containerized and deployed production services on AWS with Docker and CI/CD, while designing REST APIs and database schemas using PostgreSQL and Redis to support asynchronous notifications and real-time tracking.
