Led QA and release readiness for automotive-connected platforms and HMI workflows in an Agile/Scrum setup. Established delivery processes, Jira dashboards, and defect/release reporting for multi-team visibility. Built and led automation initiatives using Robot Framework and Python, and designed an AI-powered QA command center for unified test visibility and gap analysis. Implemented MQTT-based automated end-to-end push-notification testing across backend and mobile apps to close connected-device release validation gaps.

Owned end-to-end QA and release delivery across web, mobile, social, native, and video ad platforms for about a decade. Reorganized QA and release processes and introduced pre-release quality gates to stop releases when critical bugs were detected, reducing production issues significantly. Built and mentored QA engineering capability, defining best practices and traceability for multi-environment regression stability. Designed Cypress automation integrated with Jenkins and Bitbucket and owned API, database, performance, and integration testing on AWS-hosted advertising infrastructure.

Led QA and release delivery for multiple SaaS and healthcare platforms, mentoring and managing a team of 19–23 engineers across concurrent product lines. Owned QA strategy, release plans, and defect governance to improve release predictability for cross-functional stakeholders. Built automation and CI/CD-enabled testing using Azure DevOps, creating an API automation framework with BDD (Cypress/Cucumber) and extending UI automation with Cypress/Selenium to increase coverage. Supported SOC2 compliance testing with QA-side validation for security and access controls and helped reduce recurring post-release incidents through triage and production issue analysis.

Partnered with Product, Development, and DevOps to define user stories, and drive release and sprint planning across the SDLC. Owned end-to-end QA strategy for multiple concurrent enterprise engagements spanning ERP, LMS, CRM, and hotel management applications. Introduced shift-left testing practices and release governance standards to reduce post-release defect leakage.

Built and structured the QA function from scratch for a fast-growing B2B2C startup, including roadmap and phased delivery planning. Ran Agile ceremonies and coordinated stakeholders to keep sprint execution aligned with changing priorities. Implemented ClickUp-based tracking for defects and test cases and owned AI chatbot validation covering prompt testing, response verification, and functional testing for conversational AI workflows.
