JBoot Overview

JBoot is a modular, multi-product, multi-tenant SaaS ecosystem designed to centralize identity, business applications, integrations, and observability. Its architecture separates authentication and authorization from the product platform, allowing modules such as POS, Flow, and Legal to evolve securely and independently.

The solution is primarily built with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, React, Next.js, and PostgreSQL. Depending on the domain, it also uses Python, FastAPI, Playwright, Temporal, Laravel, Redis/Valkey, RabbitMQ, MinIO, and the OpenTelemetry/Grafana stack.

AI is embedded at the core of the engineering process. Specialized agents support requirements analysis, architectural decisions, implementation, and validation. Contracts, automated tests, evaluations, and compliance gates make each execution traceable, auditable, and subject to human approval for critical decisions.

The result is a platform designed for continuous evolution, with a strong focus on modularity, security, technical quality, and scalability.

Led technical direction for a digital products studio, evolving client and internal products and establishing architecture standards. Designed an AI governance platform that records auditable evidence using versioned contracts, CI compliance gates, and attestation-style execution logs. Implemented modular deployments in the cloud and performed structural code reviews of AI-generated changes across multiple stacks (PHP/Laravel, TypeScript/React, Python, Node.js).

Developed and maintained PHP/Laravel applications, including integrations with external APIs and modernization of legacy systems. Led migration from PHP 7.4/Phalcon to PHP 8.3/Laravel using SOLID-aligned patterns, Dependency Injection, and a CQRS-style architecture. Defined development/architecture standards, coordinated code reviews and mentoring, and built an agent/skills-based AI architecture integrated with business processes.

Analyzed, developed, and maintained corporate systems using PHP and Laravel, including API integrations and evolution of legacy components. Conducted technical prototyping and supported modernization through architecture guidance and ongoing maintenance.
