Led end-to-end product, interaction, and visual design across a set of cross-platform learning tools used by students and educators. Designed a lesson delivery workflow to turn complex requirements into an intuitive and scalable K–5 experience. Drove user research through journey mapping, prototyping, usability testing, and cross-functional collaboration, including strong pilot feedback. Applied Figma AI, Claude, and Cursor to accelerate exploration and engineering alignment.

Led UX and interaction design for B2B SaaS workflows covering submissions and similarity reporting. Turned research insights and technical constraints into user journeys and high-fidelity prototypes. Collaborated with Product, Engineering, and Research on experimentation and usability testing, supporting production implementation. Built reusable design-system patterns in Figma to improve consistency, accessibility, and scalability.

Designed multiple WCAG-accessible dashboard views for federal platforms, focusing on turning complex datasets and workflows into usable visual interfaces. Standardized responsive components and interaction patterns to reduce design-to-development turnaround time. Worked to ensure accessibility and clarity across enterprise-style administrative experiences.

Redesigned the e-commerce experience, improving product discovery, customization, and checkout flows. Focused on making the journey more effective for users to complete purchases. Contributed to measurable uplift in conversion after the redesign.
