Managed and reviewed clinical and administrative healthcare information, including registration, scheduling, referrals, insurance verification, prior-authorization workflows, and medical records. Cross-referenced ICD-9/ICD-10 and CPT information with provider documentation to identify inconsistencies and support accurate downstream billing. Helped lead a transition from paper records to eClinicalWorks, supporting data migration validation, staff training, workflow redesign, and vendor escalation for troubleshooting.
