Designs and builds software with an AI-first approach where AI agents execute while decisions are owned by the founder. Reorganized operations around standardization and automation across engineering, content, sales, fulfillment, business development and finance. Served on M&A and integration initiatives, including designing target architectures for merged operations to move onto shared platforms. Built and scaled in-house engineering capabilities for firma.de, established offshore engineering teams, and led platform engineering and DevOps covering AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment monitoring.

Joined as the first employee to turn an outsourced MVP into a scalable, compliant legal services operation. Built cross-functional teams and department verticals to operate as one system with product, engineering, design, BI and customer support aligned. Owned platform engineering and DevOps for cloud environments including CI/CD and deployments to move faster while meeting compliance requirements.

Helped scale a SaaS social commerce platform designed to handle very rapid traffic growth from near-zero to thousands of concurrent users. Led the engineering organization, supported sales on complex deals, and built multi-tenant capabilities to sustain global campaign spikes. Delivered white-label and campaign solutions for large international brands.

Ran DevOps in a small team focused on fast shipping and keeping casino games online under heavy and spiky load. Built and optimized REST APIs for high-concurrency traffic and implemented an operational Couchbase cluster to support ACID transactions where SQL was insufficient. Delivered scalability improvements that helped the games stay responsive during growth peaks.

Co-founded a media platform that helped readers follow journalists in one place by consolidating and organizing content from major DACH newspapers. Led the technical direction and implemented early machine-learning classification using a hybrid human-assisted workflow. Took the product through launch, investor financing, customer acquisition, and later wind-down.

Led technical delivery for large digital projects at an agency, turning client needs into clear scopes and coordinating development resources. Managed schedule and delivery quality to ensure agreed scope was met on time. Standardized implementation by adopting Symfony and Zend approaches to improve code reuse across client projects.

Designed and delivered end-to-end web shops and portals for the agency’s FMCG-focused clients. Productized an in-house MATLAB sentiment analysis engine by connecting it to web services and exposing the models through production REST APIs. Supported partnerships enabled by the reliability and usability of the shipped integrations.

Built web templates for a domain parking and brokerage service designed to drive user interactions. Developed internal tooling for real-time traffic analysis to identify fraudulent bot activity and help stop monetization of abusive traffic.
