Developed a Power Apps prototype for provider data entry and integrated it with Power BI reporting workflows. Implemented data validation and reporting logic to support provider network analytics use cases. Improved report performance using appropriate aggregations and incremental refresh, and added workflow automation to improve access for business users.

Created executive dashboards for finance and sales KPIs using Power BI and Tableau visualizations. Implemented KPI tracking, trend analysis, and performance comparisons to support business decision-making. Supported dashboard migration and release activities including validation and deployment across reporting environments.

Built healthcare operations reports for claims, member, and provider analytics with drill-through navigation and advanced filtering. Implemented advanced DAX calculations, conditional formatting, time intelligence, and role-based security. Created paginated reports using Power BI Report Builder and SSRS and supported validation, refresh, and performance optimization.

Designed interactive reinsurance reporting and KPI dashboards based on stakeholder requirements and analytics needs. Integrated data from Snowflake, SQL Server, and flat files, applying SQL logic for analytical reporting. Published reports to Power BI Service and managed refresh schedules, gateway configuration, and user access.

Developed an interactive healthcare claims dashboard using dimensional modeling and optimized data relationships for consistent analysis. Created a large set of DAX measures to track KPIs such as PMPM, length of stay, denial percentage, and readmission rate.
