Led a cross-functional engineering program with full P&L accountability, managing about 100 people across multiple geographies and directly managing a team of 20. Coordinated release and production issue resolution for escalations from ANZ customers, restoring service and driving preventive actions. Introduced an AI-first delivery approach with agentic workflows and automation to reduce manual effort and improve reporting. Owned end-to-end program delivery activities including estimation, resourcing, risk management, revenue projection, billing, and stakeholder reporting.

Managed end-to-end release cycles for Java SE bundled patch releases using Scrum, coordinating with customer support, development, integrators, and release management. Led migration of the Java bug reporting infrastructure from a Struts/Glassfish setup to a multi-tier stack based on Oracle HTTP Server, Spring, and WebLogic with JSP and REST web services. Developed and maintained enhancements for the infrastructure, and mentored interns and new hires while supporting automation that improved team productivity. Recognized as an OpenJDK author.

Led delivery of quarterly patch releases for the Slot Data System, a Java-based desktop application using EJB and web services deployed on clustered JBoss for global casino customers. Owned requirements gathering, high- and low-level design, cross-team coordination, QA support, UAT, and deployment. Managed performance evaluation, goal-setting, resource allocation, and delivered training and knowledge sharing for new hires.

Implemented defect fixes and client-requested customizations by preparing detailed design, coding, and testing. Coordinated technical work to address issues raised by clients and deliver required modifications. Mentored and led team members to support delivery and quality of outcomes.

Delivered solutions for client modification requests by preparing system design documentation, coding, and testing for enhancement and support projects. Implemented process automation for AT&T UNIX server security correction workflows using Axent, based on security reports generated from ESM. Focused on reducing the overall manual effort and impact of work through automation.
