Coordinated end-to-end delivery activities for a USD 199M capital flotation project across multiple contractors and vendors, covering scope tracking, stakeholder engagement, procurement monitoring, delay and claims follow-up, and construction interface management. Helped avert a major schedule slip by running risk simulation and what-if analysis and supporting a move to turnkey contracting. Built the project reporting and governance setup from scratch, including Power BI dashboards and MIS reporting. Currently leads procurement management and EPCM proposal work for Pellet Plant #3, including on-site dispatch and quality expediting for key mechanical suppliers.

Coordinated technical client projects from scoping to handover, managing timelines, stakeholder communication, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. Supported the development of polymer piston, piston ring, and gasket assemblies for a compressor OEM by aligning design, procurement, and production activities. Performed root cause analyses across multiple accounts and supported corrective actions to improve product performance, while managing customer relationships through delivery and after-sales handover for multiple seal-related product lines.

Contributed to a drivetrain and nose cone redesign project by designing a louvered rain deflector and evaluating materials to improve operational efficiency and reduce component weight. Supported technical drawing reviews and design validation to ensure engineering specifications and manufacturing readiness. Worked within a structural design workflow involving design iterations and checks prior to delivery of design outputs.
