Responsibilities:

• Lead, cross-functional global technology programs across DB Cloud, GenAI/AI Applications, Data Analytics and Cloud Operations, driving initiatives from strategy and roadmap through Agile execution, release management and production launch
• Driving Agile Release Train(ART) ceremonies — PI Planning, ART Syncup, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt and ensuring effective cross-team alignment and programme increment delivery
• Managing and coordinate delivery across scrum teams ensuring teams are aligned to PI objectives, dependencies are managed, and risks are identified and mitigated proactively, CICD and static code analysis run regularly for a quality release

• Drive automation of manual delivery and operational processes using GenAI agents and enterprise automation capabilities, improving engineering velocity, operational efficiency and delivery predictability.
• Establish and govern program KPIs, OKRs, Agile delivery metrics, risk/issue registers, dependency tracking and executive reporting to improve transparency and enable data-driven decision making.

Major Accomplishments

• Led end-to-end delivery of 20+ GenAI Agents/Applications for JIRA ticket creation, triaging, summarization, Spec generation, runbook/SOP automation, code generation/review, business analytics and Agile Delivery
• Led Cloud Observability, Managed Patching Service and SRE transformation programs focused on service reliability, security, product quality and operational efficiency.
• Drove Agile and engineering transformation initiatives and technical knowledge-sharing programs across the Database Cloud organization, improving team productivity, product quality and development processes.
• Delivered Data Platform and Analytics Business Metrics programs including infrastructure setup, dashboard development, data migration and production go-live for centralized, secure and accessible data supporting executive decision-making

Drove end-to-end technical program management for Amazon Appstore developer reporting and strategic programs, defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap using a data-driven approach. Owned cross-functional planning through execution, risk management, communications, and launch readiness including QA, InfoSec/legal reviews, operational readiness, and post-launch support. Facilitated KPI/metrics definition, SLA commitments, and collaboration among data supplier teams to deliver quality data on time.

• Managed GE Healthcare imaging technology platform programs, leading engineering development and implementation for multiple MR/CT/PET/CT-PET/AW/XR product lines. Led software, architecture, UX, and testing teams to design and deliver platform features while supporting existing product lines. As Release Train Engineer, drove annual planning, PI goals, release cadence and governance, and ensured build strategy, CI/CD practices, and review readiness for predictable releasesManaged large-scale imaging technology platform programs across multiple product lines including MR, CT, PET, MR/PET, AW and X-Ray, coordinating globally distributed engineering teams across software, architecture, UX and testing.
• Served as Release Train Engineer, driving annual planning, product/program roadmap, resource allocation, budget, program governance and delivery execution for complex technology programs.
• Defined release cadence and PI goals, facilitated PI Planning and cross-team Agile ceremonies, partnered with Product Owners on backlog readiness and prioritization, managed cross-team dependencies and risks, and drove program reviews, demos and forward planning across multiple PIs.

Contributed to engineering execution and delivery activities supporting healthcare product requirements.
