Worked on SAP HANA implementation using Agile methodology for IBP (demand planning, demand sensing, supply response planning, and inventory optimizer). Contributed to supply response planning with algorithm updates using MILP (mixed integer linear programming) concepts. Participated in version upgrades and integration activities involving HANA with ECC and APO.

Supported S/4HANA rollout across multiple verticals within APO/IBP/PP including DDMRP and forecast-to-schedule. Created and enhanced CDS views in HANA, and handled upgrades to newer HANA versions. Implemented statistical forecasting (including Croston approach), time-series/order-based planning variants, consensus planning transfer to inventory optimization, and supply response planning.

Led system architecture and landscape design for IBP implementations. Modeled supply optimizer scenarios for order-based planning, production resource constraints, inventory tiering, and safety-stock penalties with cost-minimization logic. Built reporting support including custom attributes/key figures, automated source-validity updates from optimizer outputs, and configured security roles and dashboards with drill-down reporting.

Provided configuration and support for supply optimizer and supported business process training for OBP and IBP. Participated in HCI task configuration for IBP using provided templates. Contributed to rollout and transition activities supporting planning processes.

Implemented SAP IBP 6.3 RDS and contributed to system architecture and transport processes to production. Designed S&OP process dashboards and created key figures and alerts for demand and supply planning requirements. Built planning area configurations and supported critical issues across IBP/OBP product teams.

Implemented SAP S&OP on HANA and supported business requirement gathering and configuration for key figures and role setup. Delivered a second implementation of SAP IBP for S&OP and consensus demand planning in the supply chain context. Built control tower proof of concept, created security roles, configured and troubleshot HCI task/process flows, and supported upgrades/migrations between IBP releases.

Contributed to APO implementation across demand planning, supply network planning, production planning/detailed planning, transportation planning/vehicle scheduling, and promise-related processes. Configured and supported planning logic including GATP checks, allocation/substitution, and transfer of DP outputs to SNP. Implemented optimization and network modeling for transport and scheduling, including cost profile setup and order optimization for resource-flow constraints.

Led project team implementation of APO PPDS, GATP, and SNP across client sites and offshore teams. Converted business needs into design specifications for reports and resolved complex master data issues with technical solutions. Supported users post go-live through documentation, testing, training, and custom development specification and validation.

Supported APO implementation activities including carrier selection and related process requirements for multi-country planning. Prepared training materials for GATP business processes used by business users during enablement sessions. Conducted capacity studies and supported planning analysis across multilevel, multi-plant scenarios and downstream configuration including demand planning, supply network planning, and detailed production planning modules.
