Automated production balancing to cut execution time from about a full working day to under five minutes. Built a Python-based pipeline to refresh BigQuery datasets that power Metabase dashboards and Slack reporting. Created self-service Metabase dashboards and a centralized KPI hub for operational metrics used by managers and directors.

Developed capacity planning models comparing S&OP volume targets with production and storage capacity to surface bottlenecks. Built storage capacity forecasts across large SKU/material/package sets and produced logistics occupancy projections to anticipate storage constraints. Supported planning decisions for capacity expansion and related investments.

Implemented a production order system to track previously unmanaged operations and capture execution time and workforce data. Used the collected information to establish productivity metrics by SKU and activity. Built a workforce planning tool translating productivity rates and demand projections into headcount requirements to support hiring decisions.

Supported international clients through end-to-end LIMS implementation work, from requirements gathering and configuration to production deployment. Developed LIMS Basic customizations to automate laboratory workflows and align the solution with client-specific requirements.
