Established a consulting practice focused on ERP technical and functional implementations, database development, and interface/integration work for Epicor clients. Delivered end-to-end implementations including upgrades, multi-entity consolidation, and recovery of failed Epicor rollouts, with data migration, training, and vendor coordination. Built and improved integrations (e.g., bank-to-AP, order-to-ERP) and developed BPMs, dashboards, and custom reports to automate workflows and improve operational visibility.

Managed a fast-growing development organization and expanded the division to 30+ while leading a suite of decision-support applications focused on bank profitability management. Planned releases, coordinated the development lifecycle, and applied SCRUM and Agile practices with design documentation and code review. Led redesign of the product UI to improve usability and interoperability with third-party tools and implemented a structured candidate screening process.

Served as Chief Architect by evaluating relevant technology trends, mentoring engineering teams, and acting as a technical advisor to executive leadership. Defined software development standards and served as the primary technical expert across a large ecosystem of engineers and consultants. Designed and developed major parts of the Epicor Enterprise ERP, including core financial modules and system management capabilities, and also contributed to creation of a hardware/software sizing tool.
