ACCIONA Australia is the Australian and New Zealand arm of the Spanish ACCIONA group, developing and building transport infrastructure, water treatment and desalination plants and renewable energy assets from its head office in South Melbourne and offices across both countries. The group traces its roots to Entrecanales y Tavora, founded in 1931, took its current form in 1997, entered Australian renewables in 2002 and absorbed Lendlease Engineering in 2020; projects include the MacIntyre Wind Precinct and HumeLink East. Its local workforce covers engineering, construction, project delivery and the operation and maintenance of its wind and solar farms and water plants.
