Anoma is an intent-centric distributed operating system for decentralised applications, developed by the Heliax team in Berlin. Instead of users signing individual transactions, applications express desired outcomes that solvers match and settle across chains. The project also produced Namada, a privacy-preserving proof-of-stake network built on the same research.
