Balancer Labs develops the Balancer automated market maker, which allows liquidity pools with custom weightings and more than two assets. Its architecture is used as a base layer by other protocols that build their own pool types and yield strategies on top. The protocol has been one of the longest-running decentralised exchanges on Ethereum.
