Overview
Buckeye Corrugated, known as BCI, is an employee-owned manufacturer of corrugated packaging headquartered in Fairlawn, Ohio, producing custom boxes, graphic and ecommerce packaging, industrial packaging and point-of-purchase retail displays, along with contract packaging and fulfillment. Founded in 1958 as Buckeye Container by Melvin E. Barthen and renamed in 1984, it is 100 percent employee-owned and runs about twelve corrugated plants plus sheet feeder and distribution sites across the US. It hires production associates, machine operators, forklift drivers, maintenance technicians, shift supervisors, structural designers, account executives and sales and business trainees.
