Overview

Berkshire Residential Investments is a Boston-based real estate investment company that acquires, develops and manages multifamily apartment communities across the United States on behalf of institutional investors. Its property management teams run apartment communities in markets such as Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Garland, Round Rock and Magnolia in Texas and Aurora and Northglenn in Colorado, handling leasing, resident services and maintenance.
