Overview
BIOME collects distribution data on living organisms worldwide and operates a business platform for biodiversity markets. It developed an AI system that can identify the names of nearly all species and provides a smartphone app that lets users identify organisms and virtually collect them in a game-like experience. The company serves researchers, conservation organizations, citizen scientists and businesses engaged in biodiversity monitoring, conservation and environmental market services.
