Overview
Career Launch is a US social enterprise that partners with colleges, high schools, non-profits and workforce organizations to embed career readiness into existing courses, using a train-the-facilitator model in which faculty and staff are certified to deliver experiential learning curricula. Its toolkit of micro-learning videos, fillable workbooks, assessments and a career readiness inventory helps students build durable skills and relationships with alumni and employers, and the organization aims to certify 10,000 faculty and staff by 2032. Founder and CEO Sean O'Keefe leads the team, which also runs research, national partner programs and a virtual summit.
