Overview
National Heritage Academies is a US education management organisation headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, that partners with communities to build and operate tuition-free public charter schools from kindergarten through high school. Founded in 1995, it runs more than 100 schools in nine states, with the largest group in Michigan and others in Ohio, Wisconsin, New York, Colorado and further states. It hires classroom and special education teachers, physical education and English language teachers, behaviour support specialists, substitutes and school leaders, plus software and technology staff at its home office.
