Scientific Information Center of the Interstate Commission for Water Coordination of Central Asia

The Scientific Information Center of the Interstate Commission for Water Coordination of Central Asia (SIC ICWC) is a regional organization based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, established in 1992. It provides information, analytical, and advisory support for water resources management and environmental protection across the Aral Sea basin through its CAWater-Info portal and various databases. The center operates as a technical body for the five Central Asian states, focusing on transboundary water cooperation, sustainable development, and the water-energy-food-ecosystems nexus.
