Century Communities is an American homebuilder headquartered in Greenwood Village, Colorado, near Denver, that designs, builds and sells new single-family homes under the Century Communities and Century Complete brands and is known for online home sales. It builds in markets across more than a dozen states, from Arizona, California, Colorado and Texas to Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, Michigan and Washington, and its Century Living unit develops multifamily and build-to-rent communities. It hires community and area sales managers, construction and land development managers, land acquisition and entitlement staff, purchasing agents, accountants and marketing leaders.
