Critical Mass in United States

| Critical Mass Studios | El Segundo, CA | H-1B filings in 12 months: 0 |
An H-1B starts with a labor condition application (LCA) the employer files with the US Department of Labor; the figures here count the certified ones of the latest 12 months the department has published. A certified LCA is not a visa yet: the petition still goes to USCIS and, for most employers, through the annual lottery. PERM is the labor certification behind an employment green card - an employer that files it means to keep the person for the long term.
