DAIZ develops and manufactures plant-based meat products under the Miracle Meat brand using germinated soybeans and a patented Ochiai Germination Method. The company leverages a large database of germination conditions to tune texture and flavor, producing both standalone plant-based meats and "half & half" blends designed to be mixed with animal meat. DAIZ targets food manufacturers, restaurants and retailers to address protein supply challenges and promote sustainability aligned with the SDGs.
