DCG is a Polish technology recruitment and outsourcing company that supplies engineers, analysts and support specialists to employers in Poland and western Europe. It recruits for software development, data, infrastructure, testing and service desk roles on both permanent and business-to-business contracts, and also runs managed delivery teams from its own locations for clients that prefer not to hire directly. The company is based in Warsaw, publishes client vacancies under its own name rather than the hiring employer's, and works across banking, telecommunications, manufacturing and public sector accounts.
