Founded in 1966, it owns about 8,300 apartments across 32 communities in California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas, with properties in Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Irving, Tulsa, Tucson, Las Vegas and Lawrence.
