GMV is a Spanish technology group headquartered in Tres Cantos, near Madrid, that develops flight dynamics and ground segment software for space missions and supplies systems and services for defence and security, satellite navigation, intelligent transport, healthcare and cybersecurity. Founded in 1984 as a spin-off of the Polytechnic University of Madrid and still privately owned, it works for the European Space Agency, the Galileo program, armed forces and transit operators, with subsidiaries in Europe, the Americas and Asia, including GMV North America.
