IIDF

IIDF, the Internet Initiatives Development Fund, is a Russian state-backed venture fund and accelerator supporting early-stage technology startups. It runs accelerator programs and invests at pre-seed and seed stages in internet, software and technology companies, alongside corporate innovation programs. The fund was established in 2013 at the initiative of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives and is headquartered in Moscow.
