ING Hubs Philippines started in 2013, then known as ING Business Shared Services Manila, offering in-house processing services for lending, reconciliation and payments, and data management services to some of ING's wholesale banking branches in Asia. Today, ING Hubs Philippines also provides ING support services for financial markets, trade finance services, lending services, data management, client due diligence/onboarding activities, operational human resource services, corporate audit, legal, risk management, IT and software development, and retail operations, among others, to various ING banking branches across the world.
